Straight from the farm to your plate
We follow strict vegetarian culture and therefore only vegetarian meals are served. Not even eggs are allowed to enter the kitchen.
All the meals are prepared with fresh veggies and fruits, either sourced from our farm or the neighbouring farms. We use only fresh ingredients in and cook from traditional Indian village recepies passed on to generations. Fresh spring water is used for cooking and cleaning dishes. Meals are slow cooked to preserve the juices and nutrients for enriching health rather than just taste.
